1. OBJECTIVE
The present conditions of sale (the "Conditions of sale") regulate the agreement between ELIGIO SANTOS, with domicile in Santa Tegra 21, 36207 Vigo (Pontevedra), Spain, with number of CIF 53185671B ("SAKKI LOVE") and the client ("Client") formalized across the web site www.https://sakkilove.com/gb/sakki-love for the acquisition on the part of the Client of products SAKKI LOVE across the Web site.
2. ORDERS
2.1. Product availability
The completion of an order through the Website is subject to the availability of all items. Sakki Love does not have a stock of all the articles, since most of them are manufactured once their online sale has been formalised. If, for any reason beyond Sakki Love's control, the product ordered cannot be manufactured correctly or is not available, the Customer will be informed by email and the amount paid will be refunded within 30 days of payment.
2.2. Right of cancellation or non-acceptance of order
SAKKI LOVE reserves the right to refuse any order, to cancel it or not to accept a confirmed order for, among others, the following reasons:
- There was a technical or pricing error on the Website when the order was placed.
- The product listed in the order is not available.
- The payment information provided was incorrect or not verifiable.
- Security systems indicate that the order is anomalous or may be fraudulent.
- There are reasons that indicate that the Client is a minor (under 18 years of age).
- SAKKI LOVE has not been able, after 3 attempts, to deliver the order to the address provided.
If an order is cancelled for any of the above reasons, SAKKI LOVE will refund á (if applicable) the value of the order and the shipping costs paid.
3. THE PRICE
3.1. Prices and currency
All prices are in Euros. The prices and offers presented on the Website are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) and are only valid for orders placed online through Sakki Love. These prices and offers may not coincide with those available in physical or virtual multi-brand shops.
3.2. Price changes
Prices shown on the Website are subject to change. Sakki Love reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, upon receipt of the order confirmation from Sakki Love, the prices payable for such order will not be changed. Sakki Love informs you that although the prices on the Website are meticulously updated, they may contain errors. Any errors in the prices will be corrected promptly and will not be binding on Sakki Love.
4. DELIVERY
4.1. Delivery: Where and when
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or during local holidays. Orders can only be delivered to private residences or offices in Spain.
4.2. Delivery period
Orders are normally delivered within 8 to 10 working days. The delivery time is normally met and, although Sakki Love cannot guarantee punctuality, all orders are delivered within a period of 30 days from the date of confirmation of receipt of the order, at the latest. Once the order has been dispatched, the Customer receives an email notification of the estimated delivery date.
5. VALIDITY OF TENDERS
Promotional offers displayed on the Website to increase the sale of certain products are only valid for as long as they appear on the Website, unless otherwise specified on the Website. Sakki Love reserves the right to cancel or remove such offers or promotions without notice.

Shipping and cost information
SPAIN/PENINSULA
Shipping costs are free for purchases of 50€ or more for orders destined for mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands or Portugal, and 100€ for orders destined for Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands.
For orders below this amount, the standard shipping costs of €5.90 apply to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal. In the case of Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, the standard shipping rate is always €12.
The order will be delivered within approximately 2 to 4 working days from order confirmation. For Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands between 4 and 7 working days. This period may be longer in periods of sales, Black Friday or specific promotions.

Orders within the European Union are delivered within 4 to 10 working days from confirmation of dispatch of the order.

Returns and exchanges
Each order comes with ONE FREE size exchange per order.
Subsequent exchanges of the same order shall be at the customer's expense.
In order for a return to be approved, the items must be in perfect condition, with the exterior and interior labels, and still in their original packaging.
You have fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to make the exchange free of charge. Once this period has elapsed, you can also make the exchange, paying for the transport within 15 days, and you can choose the courier agency of your choice.
Request the return label in the section of your account, in the section "History and details of my orders", in the order you want to return, click on "Data" and by scrolling down you can mark the return and write the reason for it, then go to any post office to send it to us for free.
Once we receive your return, we will contact you immediately to confirm the exchange.
OTHER COUNTRIES: The cost of the return shall be borne by the customer, who may choose the courier agency of their choice. The return period is 30 days from the day of delivery of the order.

SAKKI LOVE. reserves the right not to accept the change if once received the garment, this one was in bad condition, used, stained, broken, washed or in inadequate conditions.
Any exchange or return will be subject to the availability of the product as indicated in relation to the STOCK AVAILABLE.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. In SAKKI LOVE we are always looking for your satisfaction. So if you are not happy with what you have received, you have a period of 14 days to return your purchase.
We will refund you the full amount, shipping costs included, once we have received your order in perfect condition. In this case, and if you have already received your order, the return costs will be at your expense.

If the reason for the return was due to a cause attributable to us, such as a
defect or deficiency in the product, we will bear the costs of the entire process
of the return. We will try to return the product as soon as possible. And if there is no stock available you can exchange it for something else or simply get a full refund of your invoice.
As you know, at Sakki love we manufacture everything ourselves in our facilities. We put all the love in the world but we know that we can make mistakes.
